Champ James Bord Wins Another Big Pot

Who would not remember James Bord, a UK poker player who have won the WSOPE (World Series of Poker Europe) primary event in September. This time, the young poker guy has just knocked down another big prize from the High Rollers event at the Marrakeck Poker Cup.

Casino de Marrackech's $50K buy in event in the Moroccan capital netted Bord a whooping $247,000 payday.

The event started with 13 players participating, but the prize table showed only 4 were advantageous of the game.

Final Results:

1: James Bord — $247,000
2: Robert Mizrachi — $185,250
3: Mesbah Guerfi — $123,500
4: David Benyamine — $61,750

James Bord was one of the poker players that wasn't expected to win. Robert Mizrachi was the crowd favorite as I recall and was the chip leader. Lucky him though, he got the moment and win the tournament.

Congrats to Bord! Well, perhaps the tournament is really for him; a very lucky day! I wish my luck to smile at me the same way as I play at online casinos.
